Skills & Experience

• AHPRA registration

• Must be onshore in Australia with full working rights (PR, Citizen, Partner VISA, 485 Graduate VISA)

• Minimum 6 months experience in aged care in Australia - PCA experience experience in aged care will be considered for Grads

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to provide effective solutions under pressure

• Ability to delegate tasks, duties and responsibilities appropriate to the skill mix of each shift
